We want you to have a smooth experience with every order. Here’s how exchanges, refunds, and cancellations work:
✅ 100% Replacement Guarantee
If you face any size or fitting issues, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
To get started, email team@khaosandkrma.com with your order details and the issue.
What happens next:
- We arrange a free doorstep pickup
- If your pincode isn’t serviceable, you can self-ship the product to us
- Once we receive it, we ship the replacement at no extra cost
- You can exchange for another product of equal value
📦 Exchange & Replacement Eligibility
Your request will be accepted only if:
- Raised within 3 days of delivery
- It’s the first exchange/replacement for that order
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- Item is not worn, damaged, or soiled
🚫 Not Eligible for Exchange and Return
- Non clothing products
- Customized design products
🛑 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing it
- Email team@khaosandkarma.com with your Order ID
- Cancellation is confirmed within 1–2 business days
- Refunds (if prepaid) are processed within 4–7 business days after confirmation
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
For urgent changes before dispatch, email us and we’ll try to help.
Note: We may cancel orders at our discretion. If that happens, you’ll be notified and can choose a refund or place a new order.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in rare cases
To request a refund:
- Email team@khaosandkarma.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Share order details, issue description, and clear photos
After review:
- If approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
💰 COD Orders
- Refunds are not available for COD orders
- You can choose:
- Replacement, or
- Exchange
