Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s how it works:

Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 extra
  • Final charges are shown at checkout
  • Free Delivery for all prepaid Orders across the India.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on availability
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
    • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

Sometimes delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or local issues, but we always try to keep things on track.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get tracking details via email and SMS. You can also track it anytime from your account on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only in serviceable areas
  • ₹90 additional charge
  • OTP confirmation is required to process the order
  • If previous COD orders were refused, new COD orders may be cancelled
  • Refunds are not available for COD orders
  • Only replacement or exchange is allowed for COD orders

International Shipping

  • Available on prepaid orders only
  • Dispatch within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery usually takes 12–10 business days
